Product Overview

Designed to offer extra space, the Melag Premium Class B 23L Dental Autoclave is the benchmark for maximum efficiency. With the help of the double chambers, they offer record sterilisation of up to 9 kg of instruments in 8 to 25 minutes, due to the patented Double-Jacket Technology. The intelligent drying system DRYtelligence uses especially-developed algorithms to adapt the drying to the load to shorten the operating times even further and save resources. Also, fitted with an effective air-cooling system, making it a true stand-alone steam steriliser as it requires no connections other than to the electricity supply.

Is this autoclave a stand-alone unit?

Yes, it is a stand-alone steam steriliser that only requires an electrical connection to operate.

What type of water should be used in the autoclave?

Only distilled, deionised, or RO (reverse osmosis) water should be used. Tap water or water with conductivity higher than 60 µS (micro siemens) is not suitable.

What are the available sterilisation programs and their durations?

Universal Program: 17 – 25 minutes
Quick B: 15 – 16 minutes
Quick-S: 9 – 13 minutes
Gentle: 32 – 42 minutes
Prion: 32 – 39 minutes

Is documentation included with the unit?
