How Does It Work?
EnSURE Touch is a smart handheld instrument that rapidly measures contamination from bacteria, pathogens, foods, enzymes and indicator organisms. After taking a sample, the system measures the amount of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) and gives you an numerical value combined with a Pass/Caution/Fail notification.
