Providing rapid and accurate sanitation verification data, the EnSURE™ Touch system features an intuitive smartphone design for a user-friendly system, and Enzyme test devices for multiple food safety and quality tests. This system is mostly used in the food & beverage and hospitality industries.

Hygiena Ensure Touch is a next-generation touch screen ATP monitoring system.

Hygiena EnSURE Touch was designed from the ground up to offer flexibility and ease of use. EnSURE™ Touch is compatible with all Hygiena™ ATP swabs, features an intuitive smartphone design and centralised cloud-based reports through SureTrend™ Cloud. Research has shown that implementing a qualitative monitoring system such as the Hygiena EnSURE Touch or SystemSURE Plus to validate cleaning processes has shown up to an 82% increase in compliance with procedures.

How Does It Work?

EnSURE Touch is a smart handheld instrument that rapidly measures contamination from bacteria, pathogens, foods, enzymes and indicator organisms. After taking a sample, the system measures the amount of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) and gives you an numerical value combined with a Pass/Caution/Fail notification.
