Ultrasnap is a surface ATP swab used with Hygiena luminometers, it is the standard choice for routine cleaning checks. Testing takes three actions: swab the surface, snap the bulb, then squeeze. Read the swab in a Hygiena luminometer and you get a result in 15 seconds. The result is a number called an RLU reading, so you can record it and compare results over time.
Hygiena UltraSnap uses a unique liquid-stable reagent providing superior accuracy, longer-lasting signal strength, and more reproducible results Everything is contained in one device. The swab tip comes pre-moistened the liquid is sealed inside, and there is a label you can write on to record the test point.

Ultrasnap sampling devices must be refrigerated at 2-8 degrees C (35 – 46 °F). Sample devices should be left out at room temperature for 10 minutes before being used. They can withstand exposure to room temperature conditions (<25°C) for up to 4 weeks without compromising functionality.

How Do I Receive the Results?
Using the Luminometer, it measures generated light and reports results in Relative Light Units (RLUs). RLU results provide information on the level of contamination within seconds.
Are There Any Limitations?
Ultrasnap tests are designed to detect invisible/trace amounts of residue. Overloading the swab with physical matter by swabbing a visibly dirty surface will produce inaccurate results.
Should I Choose The 25 or The 100 Pack?
The 25 pack suits smaller practices, trial runs and sites that test less often. The 100 pack works out cheaper per test and is the usual choice for regular scheduled testing.
