Dispatch & Delivery

At Sychem Direct, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our dispatch and delivery services:

• Next-Day Delivery: Order before 3pm and your items will be dispatched for next (working day) delivery. Please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays
• Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays
• Order Cut-Off Time: Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day, and will be delivered according to your chosen delivery option

If you need your products urgently, make sure to place your order before 3pm for next-day delivery.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sychem. If you need to return an item for any reason, we will handle each case individually to ensure the best possible outcome.
